The Brunei Odyssey 2025 is themed “Bridging Tradition and Innovation in Food Science”, this theme emphasizes the fusion of traditional culinary practices with modern food science and technology.

It highlights how traditional food knowledge can be integrated with innovations to improve food production, safety, and sustainability, while maintaining cultural heritage.
Through hands-on activities, expert-led sessions, and market visits, participants will explore how food science can both preserve and transform our understanding of food.
